This modern yet traditional 3-floor, 4 bedroom villa of 178 m² is built with respect to the Mediterranean landscape, by using rough and natural materials such as stone and marble. An inviting, imposing staircase leads the way up to the main entrance.
Entering through the hall you encounter an open lounge area equipped with big flat screen TV and Bluetooth audio system. The living room is bright and cozy, decorated with sophisticated simplicity featuring a charming hand-carved marble fireplace. A fully equipped open plan kitchen serves either the adjacent dining area with its traditional furnishing or the outdoors front shaded Veranda, perfect to enjoy your summer mornings, evenings and nights.
A beautiful white marble staircase with a handmade steel banister leads to the first floor. The upper level is a more "private" space of the house with a charming luminous master en-suite bedroom and wonderful views of the outside scenery. It's private terrace, overlooking the Aegean Sea is one of the best spots of the house to enjoy in serenity the colorful sunset. The bathroom is designed to offer you maximum relaxation, choosing between a Jacuzzi and a rain forest shower.
On the lower level are two more bedrooms each decorated in a unique style with en-suite bathrooms and white marble tilling. One more room is available –kids favorite, which can accommodate up to 4 adults or kids, with built-in bunk and sofa beds.
All the rooms have direct access to an inviting front terrace with stairs leading up to the garden. On the outdoors, a large pergola-shaded lounge with BBQ is ideal for hosting fun social happenings at all hours by the garden, while a sophisticated adjacent alfresco dining area will welcome all of your culinary experiences.
