The premises unfolds on 3 levels which can host up to 10 persons.
On the first floor level, there is a main entrance which leads to a living room and an open fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace. On the same floor, there is a seating area overlooking the amphitheater through the glass and a BBQ balcony with a lounge area.
On the ground floor, there are 4 suites with king-size beds & en-suite bathrooms, two with sea views and two with garden views. As well as, one can find a playroom, a family room, TV room & office space with bathroom, serving also people with special needs.
On the lower level there is a room with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, hammam (steam bath), fitness area, massage room, second kitchen, laundry area, personnel room with en-suite bathroom, electromechanical area, control room & storage.
The property is expanded with outdoors area that has a swimming pool with all auxiliary areas, such as WC, indoor and outdoor shower, changing rooms, lounging area, umbrellas.
There are an amphi-theater for 250-300 people & bar & Dj deck, movie theater area, lounge shaded area with umbrellas and fully equipped bar, reception areas with art pieces and shaded seating areas, parking areas, life size chess lounge, fire-pit lounge, personnel room, green areas and paved pathways, helipad and outdoor religious area.
