Innovative in design, with the two bedrooms separated by a 2.5m corridor, this residence offers privacy, peace, and seclusion.
Set in gardens of flowering shrubs, trees, and herbs, with the faintest aroma of lavender on the light breeze, Charisma has a heated pool that seems to attract permanent sunshine.
With natural stone terraces and balconies, the villa’s indoor accommodation ‘flows’ effortlessly into the external space with the private infinity pool offering the opportunity to relax in soothing waters and be inspired by views of the Aegean Sea. Cozy yet elegant, the large outdoor dining area has a pergola that regulates the shade and the sun throughout the day.
A sister property to the larger villa Thalassa, the living space of Charisma is over two distinct floors and features large “picture” windows that bring in natural light and offer impressive panoramic views.
The ground-floor access opens to a spacious living room, with an eco-friendly fireplace at its heart. The open-plan kitchen features practical Corian work surfaces and the latest appliances and incorporates an informal dining area.

Meanwhile, the ground floor double/twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in spa shower area has a separate entrance with large doors opening onto the terrace.
