Driving towards Xi from Lixouri, Provilio’s Villas are perched close to a rocky outcrop with a stunning view overlooking the valley below and stretching towards the sea. This is a fantastic set up for 2 families holidaying together, or a group of friends.
Entering the house from the poolside terrace, you immediately appreciate the care and attention that has gone into the design of these properties. The well-planned space is furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen, built-in seating areas, and the centrepiece, a stunning locally-made wooden table.
Down a small hallway you find the first bedroom – equipped with a single bed – overlooking the garden area. This room can also be set up to include a second single bed. Ideal for young children.
Taking a couple of steps up to the next level you’ll find the two main bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and the main bathroom. The room are cleverly-designed, with a combination of built-in concrete furniture, ceiling windows for maximum light, and peeks of the views beyond.
Outside there is plenty of space for the children to run around, or for the adults to find a quite space to sit with a cocktail or a book. Each villa has a poolside dining area, and pretty outside lighting to set the scene for your evening meal.
The complex features a spacious outdoor dining area designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, ideal for shared meals and relaxed gatherings under the open sky. In addition, within the Profilio garage area, a fully equipped gym has been thoughtfully created. The gym includes free weights, a stationary bicycle, a reformer, TRX equipment, a weight bench, exercise mats, and a fitness ball, offering guests a complete and versatile workout experience in a private and comfortable setting. A personal instructor for reformer training can also be arranged upon request.

2 km from the villa: Xi Beach offers several bars and tavernas serving Greek and Mediterranean dishes, drinks, and coffee throughout the day. Small mini markets provide everyday essentials like water, snacks, and basic groceries. Megas Lakkos Beach (extended from Xi Beach), known as the Motherland of sea turtles, is home to protected turtles. There are also places to sit, eat, and enjoy a drink while taking in the views.

5 km from the villa is Lixouri town, offering plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, with immediate access to Argostoli via a 20-minute ferry ride that departs roughly every 30 minutes
