Overview
Villa Timotheos is located in the area of Ornos, only a short distance from the beach.
The villa expands on two (2) separate levels and is build in stone, offering a beautiful scenery in full harmony with the surrounding landscape.
On the entrance floor there is the living room, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a WC.
On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds with a shared bathroom both with balcony views and another bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The villa is only a five (5) minute drive from the island's down town and a three (3) minute drive from the colorful village of Ornos with its magnificent beaches, a plethora of restaurants as well as access to convenience stores like supermarkets, drugstores etc.
The spacious outdoor areas offer relaxing times by the private swimming pool.
