Villa Romeo & Villa Juliet are beautifully situated on the boarder of Ammes beach and Svoronata village, one of the most popular resorts of the island. This property overlooks the sandy coastline of Ammes turtle beach which is half a kilometre away. Within close range you will also find several restaurants, bars, beach bars, supermarkets and more. A modern property built in 2019, features an open-plan living accommodation with patio doors leading out to the balconies, terrace and the fabulous pool area that front the spectacular views. This stylish home offers three spacious bedrooms from which two of them have double beds and another one with twin beds. There is also cosy dining area with table and stools, a spacious living room area with an open and fully equipped kitchen, a TV, games and books, free Wi-Fi.

The outdoor pool patio area boasts spectacular sea views along the coastline with outside dining and large purpose sitting area with barbeque.

The landscaped gardens are mainly laid to lawn with plentiful flower beds containing a variety of shrubs and tropical plants and fruit trees.

The large pool terrace with its private 10 x 5m pool is a great place to relax and unwind, with amazing views out to sea. There are plentiful loungers and tables, chairs and umbrellas here. Designed and furnished to a high standard throughout, this property comes highly recommended providing a haven for those wishing to relax and get away from it all. Romeo Villa sleeps 6 persons, & Juliet Villa sleeps also 6 persons, next to each other, so suitable for a big group of 12 persons.

Payment policy

A payment of the 50% of the total amount is required 30 days before arrival.

The remaining balance is payable 1 day before arrival.

Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.

1). For reservations in the period between May 1st up to October 17th:

Cancellation free of penalty will be accepted if notified 30 days (by 12:00pm local time) prior to arrival.

A late cancellation from 30 days (by 12:.01pm local time) prior to arrival and on, a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay will incur

3). Early departure: 100% of remaining stay will apply as an early departure fee.
4). No Shows: No shows for all rooms will incur in a penalty fee equal to 100% of the total stay.

Any cancellation fee will be debited to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation if already charged
