Anemoni Villa greets guests with its wonderful building and layout blending simplicity and comfort in a gorgeous environment with great views overlooking a quaint village and enjoying particularly beautiful views of the small bay and the Aegean Sea. Just 5 km west, the bridge over Petres river marks the beginning of one of Crete's most beautiful sandy dream beaches. Anemoni Villa is an entire private villa with a garden and private pool which is aimed at providing you with a perfect, luxurious & relaxed stay. It stands in a privileged geographical position which, even though quiet, and secluded, allows you to easily travel to the beautiful little settlement of Gerani, the long sandy beaches of Petres, Kavros or Giorgioupolis, and the towns of Rethymno and Chania. Indoors, the ground floor is composed of a living room with a suite, satellite color TV and open fireplace, a dining area with an integrated open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a bathroom with a shower and a storage room. The first floor, reached by a staircase is composed of a second bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a third bedroom with two single beds and balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub. Framed by walls of natural stone, the outdoor space of Anemoni Villa is perfect to spread out, relax and play games. It consists of a 40m2 swimming-pool with paddling-pool, a sun terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a garden with lawns and ornamental plants. The BBQ facility of the villa is the ideal setting to enjoy grill lunch or dinner with friends and family. With its own plot and amazing panoramic views, Anemoni Villa is inspired by the modern private living vacation model in order to provide an integrated, playful & fulfilling experience during your time off in Crete.

Anemoni Villa is part of Gerani Villas, four modern and spacious detached holiday homes with a private garden with swimming pool and sun terrace belongs to each villa. The property is set in Gerani, a quaint seaside village surrounded by orange, olive, cypress and pine trees. This charming coastal town is known for its long shoreline and the archaeologically impressive Gerani Cave, located on the outskirts of Rethymno town which boosts history and a rich culture. The broader area is perfect for guests who want to lounge on the secluded and spacious beach, hike the surrounding hills and enjoy the sleepy ambience of this traditional town. During the season, plenty of sports, watersports and dive centers are on offer on the beaches of Rethymnon (10 km), Kavros (13 km) and Giorgioupolis (19 km).
