This elegant three-bedroom Elite Villa on the eastern plateau offers luxurious accommodation in a quiet setting.The spacious living area features leather sofas, flat-screen TV, and large windows opening to the pool and patio. The dining room has a glass-top table for six, adjacent to a modern Italian kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher and American-style fridge.
The master bedroom includes a double bed, large en-suite with walk-in shower and bath, and French doors to the pool area with stunning views. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third offers twin beds; both share a bathroom nearby. A guest cloakroom and basement utility room add convenience.
Outside, a veranda with seating and dining areas leads to a 10m x 5m heated infinity pool with Roman steps, a barbecue, and landscaped gardens overlooking the ravine and Mediterranean.
The distance from the Villa to Aphrodite Hills Village Square is approximately 2.5km so it is recommended that guests hire a rental car.

Pool Heating
- Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.)
- We require a minimum of 3 working days to arrange kerosene fuel delivery before the heating can be switched on.
We kindly ask for your understanding that no exceptions can be made, so please ensure your request is submitted as early as possible.
Disclaimer – Heated Pools
- Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
- Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
- Minimum 5 days.
- Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
