Overlooking the golf course and just minutes from the Village Square and Golf Clubhouse, this modern Junior Villa at Aphrodite Hills offers a memorable stay close to all resort amenities. Its standout feature is the stunning roof terrace with panoramic views from the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. The property is on the ground floor.
The tastefully furnished living room, decorated in rich tones, includes a large L-shaped sofa and leather armchair, perfect for enjoying views of the pool, garden, and golf course. The dining area seats six, adjacent to a modern kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and electric oven. A utility cupboard houses the washing machine.
Both bedrooms,one double (zip & lock) with en-suite and one twin with a separate bathroom are on the ground floor and open via French doors onto the garden.
Outside, the kidney-shaped pool is surrounded by a paved terrace, flower beds, and fragrant bushes. There’s an al-fresco dining area and sunbeds for soaking up the Cyprus sunshine. The crowning glory is the roof terrace, ideal for relaxing in the warm breeze while enjoying breathtaking views of the resort, mountains, and sea.

Disclaimer – Heated Pools
- Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
- Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
- Minimum 5 days.
- Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
