Leisurely vibes pervade both indoor and outdoor spaces; from the plush, oversized cushions by the pool to the sumptuous sofa strategically positioned to witness that spectacular show they call The Sunset.
The indoor living space boasts floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and windows that frame the tantalizing views and is equipped to the highest standards with Wi-Fi, satellite television, and all-weather air-conditioning units. The kitchen is also a light-filled haven complete with high-end appliances and a spacious sit-down area of its own.
Conventional lullabies will mean nothing once you have slept to the sound of the night waves softly hitting the shore right beside this dream home. Three bedrooms in all; two of which feature queen-size beds, perfectly fitted with grade A mattresses, linen and plump pillows. With equivalent quality bedding, two twin beds nestle in the third bedroom. Each room has enough space to store all those extra pieces of clothing you brought but will most probably never wear (a universal issue).
Getting clean will be a luxe experience in itself as the two bathrooms (one is an ensuite) are fitted with high-end fixtures and toiletries. Minimalistic and nothing less than a five-star affair.
The villa is located in Legrena - on the strip of coastal paradise that frames part of the Attica region. The Athenian Riviera stretches from the outskirts of Athens all the way to Sounio where an ancient wonder, the Temple of Poseidon, majestically stands tall. The temple is a mere five-minute drive away and is definitely worth a visit. Though you have your own swimming spot just a minute walk from the house, swimming choices are abundant all along the coast; from sandy private coves to a more sport’s activity theme - the choice is yours. Restaurants and classic tavernas are also plentiful in the area and if glitzy shopping is on your to-do-list then a trip to the up-scale neighborhood of Glyfada (45km away) is mandatory. A day trip to the centre of Athens is totally plausible – approximately an hour’s drive and you are in the ancient capital. Another plus is the area’s easy access to the airport which is an approximate 40-minute drive away.
If you’re looking for the ideal place to recharge, this is it. The spectacular sea views are the highlighted feature of this in-demand residence and if you and your family or group of friends do not experience it at least once in your lives, it would be a crying shame. An immaculate property, endowed with light and luxury amenities, awaits you.
