Villa Fiona is an outstanding property, ideal for family vacations, located in Anopolis. It measures 150m2 and consists of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which are developed in 2 levels. This luxury villa is in the perfect location as it combines both the privacy and an extraordinary exterior & interior design and accommodates up to 10 guests! This villa is distinguished by sophisticated design with traditional Greek architecture which uses stone and wood as the main materials.
Entering the ground floor someone finds an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with cozy interior and authentically Greek aesthetics characterized by the local traditional architecture with stone-built walls embracing the Greek hospitality with personal touches. A fireplace is also located in the same area designed in such a way to create a welcoming atmosphere. On the same floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A laundry room and an extra W/C are also available on this floor.
A beautiful, stone-staircase leads to the second floor where is three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, designed with the same villa’s philosophy. One of the bedrooms has two bunk beds while the others have king-size beds and share a charming balcony where you can admire the spectacular vista of the sea view and the lush surroundings.
In the area surrounding the villa, there is a swimming pool overlooking green lawns with various sitting arrangements and BBQ facilities.
