Villa Zephyros is a two-storey home at Rock Bay Villas, with 220 m² of interior space set in 835 m² of landscaped Mediterranean grounds. Its four bedrooms combine two rooms with panoramic windows and two twin rooms lit by planted skylight atriums. The open-plan living level places the equipped kitchen, dining space and lounge beside the pool terrace, with an eco fireplace inside and a pergola for cooking and dining outdoors.
Zephyros has its own 50 m² freshwater pool, 1.6 m deep, which can be heated for an extra charge. Two furnished terraces frame the sea views, while stone-faced bathrooms, a laundry room and private parking for two cars cover the practical side of the stay. The direct bay access, gym, sauna and common event areas are shared facilities across Rock Bay Villas rather than private features of Zephyros.
Concierge & services
- A welcome hamper, arrival bath products, bathrobes and slippers are provided.
- For stays of at least seven nights, cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided every four days.
- Terrace rubbish is removed daily.
