Ephyra is a sea-view Paros villa for larger groups, set about 3 km from Parikia and just a 2-minute drive from Delfini Beach. West-facing terraces frame long sunset light, with a pool area, several lounge spots, and pergola-shaded sitting and dining for easy meals and slower afternoons. A garden of indigenous plants and palms adds privacy, and Wi-Fi is available throughout. Indoors, bright open-plan spaces keep the view present via large patio doors, with fully equipped kitchen areas and bedrooms in a clean contemporary style. Expect A/C, flat-screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms for comfort and privacy. It’s part of a two-villa estate, useful for groups staying nearby.
