Golden Sunset Villa III is a three-level villa (130 sqm) showcasing traditional Cycladic architecture combined with modern comforts. Located in Pouli, this serene retreat offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, Delos, Rhenia, and Tinos. Surrounded by rocky hills and Mediterranean landscapes, the villa is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.
Originally built in 2008 the villa underwent a meticulous renovation in 2022. The refurbishments preserved its traditional Mykonian charm with whitewashed walls, curved lines, wooden beams, and built-in furniture, while adding modern comforts. Marble floors, sunken baths, and a seamless blend of form and function create an inviting retreat for couples, families, or groups of friends.
The interior design of the villa is a minimal touch of comfort and stylishness supported by relaxing transitions in the white and off- white colour pallet

Pouli means bird in Greek and the villa seems to be hanged in a rock hill floating the Aegean sky offering breathtaking 180 degree eagle’s eye of the Aegean as well as the unexploited terrain of Mykonos past, in a slope where a shepherd can be often seen leading his sheeps.
