Upper level
One double suiteOne double bedroom opens to a furnished terrace and has its own bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. Together with the two double bedrooms below, this is one of the villa’s three bedrooms with panoramic windows.

Open-plan social floorA 59 m² open-plan living, dining and equipped kitchen space opens to the pool terrace and pergola. The living area has the eco fireplace, and two separate WCs on this level complete the villa’s seven bathroom facilities.
Lower level
Four bedroom suitesTwo double bedrooms with panoramic windows and two twin bedrooms lit by planted skylight atriums sit on the lower level. Each has its own bathroom, giving Villa Eros five en-suite bathrooms in total. This level also opens to a furnished terrace.

OutsideThe 1,180 m² landscaped grounds contain a private freshwater pool 1.5–2 m deep, two furnished terraces and a pergola with dining area, outdoor kitchen and grill. Pool heating is available at extra cost.

Villa Eros is the largest of the four homes at Rock Bay Villas. The pool level places a 59 m² open-plan living, dining and equipped kitchen space beside the private pool terrace and a pergola with outdoor dining, a kitchen and grill. One double suite and terrace occupy the upper level; below are two double suites with panoramic windows and two twin suites lit by planted skylight atriums.
The five en-suite bathrooms and two separate WCs make up the villa’s seven bathroom facilities. Across the three levels there are 320 m² of interior space, set within 1,180 m² of landscaped Mediterranean grounds. The private freshwater pool is 1.5–2 m deep and can be heated for an extra charge.
The villa has panoramic sea views, two furnished terraces and two private parking spaces. Direct bay access, the gym, sauna, children’s pool and common event areas are shared facilities at Rock Bay Villas rather than private Villa Eros features.
Concierge & services
- A welcome hamper, arrival bath products, bathrobes and slippers are provided.
- For stays of at least seven nights, cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided every four days.
- Terrace rubbish is removed daily.
- Additional light cleaning can be requested every two days and covers the kitchen, waste disposal and living-area floors.
- A highchair, cot, baby bath and potty can be requested in advance.
- The guest mobile app provides villa information, local recommendations and access to room and concierge requests.
