Open-plan social floorThe equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge share an open-plan room with the eco fireplace. A separate WC completes the villa’s six bathroom facilities, and doors lead directly to the main pool terrace.

Two private poolsThe 850 m² grounds contain a 42 m² freshwater pool, a separate 23 m² children’s pool, two furnished terraces and a pergola with dining area, outdoor kitchen and grill. Heating for the main pool is available at extra cost.

Villa Lyra is a two-storey home at Rock Bay Villas, with 225 m² of interior space set in 850 m² of Mediterranean grounds. Its five bedrooms combine three rooms with panoramic windows and two twin rooms lit by planted skylight atriums. The living level brings the kitchen, dining space and lounge together beside the terraces, with an eco fireplace for cooler evenings.
Outside, a pergola contains a dining area, kitchen and grill, while the two furnished terraces look across the Cretan Sea. Lyra has its own 42 m² freshwater pool, 1.6 m deep, plus a separate 23 m² children’s pool, 0.95 m deep. Heating for the main pool is available for an extra charge.
Stone-faced bathrooms, a laundry room and private parking for two cars complete the villa-specific facilities. The bay, gym, sauna and other common areas are shared across Rock Bay Villas rather than private to Lyra.
Concierge & services
- A welcome hamper, arrival bath products, bathrobes and slippers are provided.
- For stays of at least seven nights, cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided every four days.
- Terrace rubbish is removed daily.
- Additional light cleaning can be requested every two days and covers the kitchen, waste disposal and living-area floors.
